The Move@Work online course is dedicated to company managers that are interested in implementing corporate sport strategies to promote physical activity among their employees. In this course, learners will be able to find out about the positive effects of workplace physical activity and get to know best practices from experienced professionals in the field.

This course is a Practical Guide to Implementing Company Sport and Physical Activity for Employee Wellness, with the purpose to educate, train, and democratise the implementation of company sport. During this course, you will learn and understand how to implement sport in your organisation. But that’s not all: you’ll also get practical tools to help you convince your managers, motivate your colleagues/employees and find out the key figures for corporate sport.
