The Dual Career Management Course is a specialised training programme designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to support elite athletes transitioning to life after sport, with a strong emphasis on mental health, wellbeing, and employability. Developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ PORTAL project, this course focuses on the complex and often challenging process of athletic retirement.

Create Safe and Inclusive Spaces for Women in Sport

Learn how to design safe spaces for women in gyms and sports centers, promoting inclusion and active participation in women’s physical activity. This practical course provides tools, clear protocols, and evidence-based strategies drawn from real-world experiences in Montenegrin fitness centers and national studies on women’s participation in sport.

The online course is designed for University Sports Directors and Heads of Referee Committees seeking to address the growing officiating crisis. It provides a strategic, evidence-based framework to help organisations attract, develop, and retain young referees, while fostering a professional, inclusive, and sustainable officiating environment.

This course explores cross-cultural leadership in sport coaching, focusing on cultural awareness, Cultural Intelligence (CQ), and leadership and communication across cultures. By combining theory with applied learning, the course equips coaches with the awareness, knowledge, and skills to interact effectively with athletes and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, manage multicultural teams, and contribute to inclusive sport environments.

This online course is designed to help the various actors within sport organisations and athletes themselves to better understand their rights, how to respect them, and how to claim them. It was developed based on extensive research on athletes’ human rights, mapping the various relevant human rights, how they apply to athletes and what the challenges are in the sporting context. It is part of the Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union titled ‘Human Rights Empowered Through Athletes Rights’ (H.E.R.O.).

The Positive Coaching in Sport course will provide youth sport coaches with an innovative coaching methodology focused on pedagogy, non-discrimination, inclusion, role-modelling and mentoring which can make sports a more enjoyable experience for all athletes, prevent dropouts due to situations of abuse, preserve and foster athlete well-being and lower barriers faced by children at risk of social exclusion.

This course is aimed at elite athletes who have expressed willingness to become mentors of vulnerable and institutionalised children. Following the goals of the 4me4all project, the 4me4all course will teach learners about the challenges that institutionalised children face, and how these can affect their health. It will also showcase some good practices and habits and how they can be of help, as well as highlight the role that a forme athlete can have as a mentor in promoting healthy habits and improving their well-being.

The GE-FORCE course empowers sport organisations to balance gender in their leadership positions. By raising awareness, offering guidance, and providing support to emerging leaders in sports, you will learn how to catalyse the necessary change for fostering diversity and inclusion.
