Course description

The Move@Work online course serves as a practical guide to introducing and developing company sport strategies within organisations. It is specifically tailored for professionals responsible for human resources, wellbeing programmes, and organisational development. Throughout the course, participants will:
  • Understand the health, social, and economic benefits of workplace physical activity
  • Learn how to design and implement corporate sport initiatives
  • Explore best practices and real-world examples from experienced professionals
  • Gain practical tools to engage stakeholders and secure management support
  • Discover methods to motivate employees and encourage participation
  • Identify key data and indicators to measure the impact of workplace sport programmes
The course combines theory with actionable guidance, enabling participants to confidently introduce and manage physical activity initiatives that contribute to a healthier and more productive working environment. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to build and implement sustainable workplace wellbeing strategies, aligned with organisational goals and employee needs.
