About Me

She made her Olympic debut at the XXI Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010 and immediately won the bronze Olympic medal. On February 27, 2010 in Vancouver, in the team race over a distance of 2400 m (together with Katarzyna Woźniak and Katarzyna Bachleda-Curuś), the Polish team defeated the US team, giving the Poles the biggest medal surprise of the games. During the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi she won the silver medal in the team race (together with Katarzyna Woźniak, Natalia Czerwonka and Katarzyna Bachleda-Curuś). She also took 11th (1500 m), 18th (3000 m) and 29th (1000 m) place. Graduate of the School of Sports Mastery in Zakopane (2005) and the Bronisław Czech Academy of Physical Education in Kraków (2011, Master’s degree). Member of the Athletes’ Commission of the Polish Olympic Committee and the European Olympic Committee (term 2013–2017). Awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Olympic Committee (2010) and the Officer’s Cross of the Olympic Committee (3.04.2014).
