Política de pagos

Sport Academy Education & Training SL (Sport Academy) ofrece formación de pago (por ejemplo, acceso a determinados cursos) y productos (por ejemplo, certificados) a cambio de una cuota. A menos que se indique lo contrario, todas las tarifas se indican en EUROS (€) y no son reembolsables, salvo lo dispuesto en nuestra Política de Reembolso o lo exigido por la ley. Usted es responsable de pagar todas las tarifas cobradas por o para Sport Academy y los impuestos aplicables de manera oportuna con un mecanismo de pago asociado con los Servicios pagados aplicables. Antes de pagar cualquier tarifa, tendrá la oportunidad de revisar y aceptar las tarifas que se le cobrarán y, según corresponda, cualquier otro término y condición asociados con su compra (por ejemplo, fechas de vencimiento de los derechos de los cursos). Si su método de pago falla o su cuenta está vencida, podemos cobrar las tasas utilizando otros mecanismos de cobro. Las tarifas pueden variar en función de su ubicación y otros factores, y Sport Academy se reserva el derecho de cambiar cualquier tarifa en cualquier momento a su entera discreción. Cualquier cambio, actualización o modificación entrará en vigor inmediatamente después de su publicación a través de los Servicios correspondientes.

MÉTODOS DE PAGO

El proceso de compra puede realizarse con tarjeta de débito o crédito, Apple Pay, Google Pay o PayPal, a través de nuestro sistema de TPV virtual gestionado por Redsys. Si paga alguna tarifa con tarjeta de crédito, Sport Academy podrá solicitar la preautorización de la cuenta de su tarjeta de crédito antes de realizar la compra para verificar que la tarjeta de crédito es válida y dispone de los fondos o el crédito necesarios para cubrir su compra.

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date you place your order, except for typographical errors. The prices listed for each service or product include the applicable VAT.

Sport Academy se reserva el derecho a realizar los cambios que considere oportunos en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, pudiendo actualizar características, productos y precios.

Al realizar una compra, acepta no utilizar un método de pago no válido o no autorizado. Si se produce un error con su método de pago, pero sigue teniendo acceso al contenido al que se ha suscrito, se compromete a pagarnos las tarifas aplicables en un plazo de 30 días a partir de la recepción de nuestra notificación. Nos reservamos el derecho a inhabilitar el acceso a cualquier contenido por el que no hayamos recibido el pago. Si no podemos procesar el pago utilizando el método de pago que tenemos registrado para usted o si solicita un reembolso impugnado de los cargos efectuados utilizando su método de pago y se le concede, podemos suspender o cancelar su cuenta.

Tenga en cuenta que nuestras políticas pueden diferir entre ofertas, y las opciones de pago pueden variar. Tenga en cuenta también que nos tomamos muy en serio las infracciones de nuestras Condiciones de uso, y no tenemos ninguna obligación de ofrecer reembolsos a los usuarios que infrinjan estas u otras políticas de Sport Academy, incluso si sus solicitudes se realizan dentro del período de reembolso designado. Del mismo modo, no tenemos ninguna obligación de ofrecer reembolsos tardíos a los usuarios que no reciban una calificación de aprobado en una Oferta de Contenidos, o que no estén satisfechos de otro modo con su calificación final.

Devoluciones generales

Sport Academy no ofrece reembolsos por pagos realizados por servicios o productos facturados directamente a empresas, gobiernos o grupos de estudiantes. A excepción de lo descrito en esta Política de Reembolso o de lo indicado explícitamente como parte del proceso de contratación de un Servicio, Sport Academy no tiene ninguna obligación de proporcionar reembolsos o vales para cualquier otro Servicio.

European Users Right of Withdrawal

Refunds for Certificates

If you do not earn your completion certificate within 180 days after registering for a MOOC, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the MOOC in order to complete it and earn your completion certificate.

In most cases, if you pay for a Course Certificate, you can request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) after your payment. If you pay for a Course Certificate when pre-enrolling for a course that isn’t available yet, your two-week refund period begins on the start date of the course. Once you have earned your Certificate from a Course, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the two-week refund period.

Cursos gratuitos

Free courses are exempt of enrolment fees. However, some of them might have a paid certificate option after completing the course. Once you decide to acquire the paid certificate, a refund will not be issued.

Cursos Premium

In most cases, if you pay for an enrolment on a Premium Course, you can request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) after your payment. If you pay for a Premium Course when pre-enrolling for a course that isn’t available yet, your two-week refund period begins on the start date of the course.

When you pay for a course, your payment will expire 180 days from the payment date, or 180 days from the start date of the course, whichever is later. During this 180-day period, you may attempt the course one or multiple times, depending on the description of the course defined by Sport Academy or the certifier institution(s).

This expiration policy may be different for some courses. Check your course’s information page and your payment confirmation email for any exceptions.

Once you have earned your Certificate from a Premium Course, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the two-week refund period. If you do not earn your course certificate within 180 days, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the course.

Post Graduate

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the sign-up process, you have one year after you enrol a Post-graduate to complete it, or as long as stated in the syllabus of the programme.

Specialisations

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the sign-up process, you have one year after you enrol a Specialisation to complete it, or as long as stated in the syllabus of the programme.

Executive Education

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the sign-up process, you have one year after you enrol an Executive Education to complete it, or as long as stated in the syllabus of the programme.

MBA

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the sign-up process, you have one year after you enrol on an MBA to complete it, or as long as stated in the syllabus of the programme.

Master Programme

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the enrolment process, you have one year after you enrol in a Master to complete it, or as long as stated in the syllabus of the programme.

Learning Path

Learning Paths are clusters of courses that interact in which the learning outcomes are connected to each other, so the courses need to be taken in a certain way and completed before moving to the next one.

Unless otherwise indicated as part of the enrolment process, you have two years after you purchase a Learning Path to complete it in full, or as stated in the description. We don’t offer partial refunds for Learning Paths pre-payments. If you aren’t sure you’ll want to complete the entire Learning Path, we recommend you pay by course.

Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers or discounts (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by Sport Academy at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Users with an existing Offer may not be eligible for additional Offers. We may use information such as method of payment or an account email address used with a Sport Academy purchase to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.

European Users Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the refund policies set forth above, if you have a right of withdrawal under the relevant laws in your country including any applicable European Union laws, then:

  • You have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days before starting the course. You may withdraw your contract with Sport Academy for the Services, without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day that your contract was concluded. However, you do not have a right of withdrawal if the Services have already been fully performed with your prior consent or if the Services have begun with your prior consent.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us by contacting support@sportacademy.com.

  • If you withdraw the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days.
  • If you request the service during the withdrawal period, you may be liable for proportional costs.
  • The burden of proof of exercising the right of withdrawal shall be on you.
