About Me

With a multifaceted career spanning over 20 years, I am a results-driven communicator who bridges the precision of journalism with international project management and academic research. Following a 17-year career in journalism, I transitioned into managing European projects (ERASMUS+), co-designing initiatives focused on health and innovation. Currently, I am a researcher and PhD student in Health and Exercise at CIDEFES | Universidade Lusófona, where I explore wellbeing and performance. I bring with me the resilience of a former high-performance athlete—a World medalist who was named Portugal’s Best Male Athlete in 2019 by the CNID
