Description du cours

Gender Equality FORCE (GE-FORCE) vise à donner aux organisations sportives les moyens d’équilibrer les genres dans leurs postes de direction. L’objectif de ce cours en ligne est de sensibiliser, d’orienter et de soutenir les “nouveaux dirigeants” du sport et de les inciter à participer au changement nécessaire pour promouvoir la diversité et l’inclusion. Élaboré sur la base de recherches préalables approfondies, ce programme a pour principal objectif d’améliorer la compréhension du leadership des femmes et de fournir des recommandations pour promouvoir l’égalité des sexes au sein de l’industrie du sport. Cette ressource précieuse est accessible à tous les passionnés de sport qui partagent la conviction que, grâce à des efforts collectifs, nous pouvons faire progresser l’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes et cultiver un environnement qui encourage davantage de femmes à occuper des postes de direction dans le domaine du sport. Ce cours a été développé avec le soutien du programme Erasmus+ de l’Union européenne.
