Basic Course for Sports Officials

The Basic Course for Sports Officials will focus on the education and skill development of students in sports officiating – the implementation of international standards down to the grassroots level of sports officiating. It will cover a new framework for secondary schools and universities to recruit, train, and retain young sports officials.

Recognizing the pivotal role of sports officials in fostering fair play and integrity, the project aims to empower youth to take up officiating roles, thereby ensuring the sustainability and quality of sports officiating within Europe.
