Pınar Coşkuner Genç, who is the President of the Central Referee Board of the newly established Turkish Sailing Federation, is also the MHK President of the Sailing branch of the Federation for the Physically Disabled. Having served as a referee both domestically and abroad since 1994, International Sailing Referee Genç will be the first Turkish Sailing Referee to officiate at the 2012 London Paralympic Games, and will be the first Turkish Sailing Referee to take part in the Youth Olympic Games in China.
