Physical activity is not just a wellness initiative—it’s a powerful driver of workplace performance and business results. Work, Move & Perf builds on the Move at Work course by focusing on organisational impact, helping leaders understand how investing in employee movement delivers measurable ROI.
The course introduces company sport and its proven benefits, linking physical activity to higher productivity, engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. It also highlights the hidden costs of inactivity, such as absenteeism and presenteeism, and shows how movement boosts individual performance.
At team and organisational levels, participants discover how physical activity strengthens company culture, improves collaboration, and increases motivation. Real case studies and data demonstrate how these programmes enhance engagement and support HR and business goals.
The final module provides practical tools to measure success, including KPIs, dashboards, ROI calculators, and business case templates. Learners gain the skills to justify investment, implement sustainable strategies, and track long-term impact.
