This advanced level of the Digital Transformation for Sport Organisations programme provides a strategic, evidence-based framework for professionals to evaluate, deploy, and manage high-level digital solutions. The curriculum is specifically designed for sport managers, club administrators, and coaches who aim at implementing a digital transformation in their clubs. It is recommended that you take the basic course before this one.

This practical course provides tools, clear protocols, and evidence-based strategies drawn from real-world experiences in Montenegrin fitness centers and national studies on women’s participation in sport.

The Basic Course for Sports Officials will focus on the education and skill development of students in sports officiating - the implementation of international standards down to the grassroots level of sports officiating. It will cover a new framework for secondary schools and universities to recruit, train, and retain young sports officials.
