Descrição do curso
Gender Equality FORCE (GE-FORCE) aims to empower sport organisations to balance gender in their leadership positions. The objective of this online course is to provide awareness, guidance, and support to the “new leaders” of sport, and to inspire them to be part of the necessary change to promote diversity and inclusion.
Developed through extensive prior research, this programme’s primary objective is to enhance understanding of women’s leadership and provide recommendations for promoting gender equality within the sport industry.
This valuable resource is accessible to all sports enthusiasts who share the belief that, through collective efforts, we can propel gender equality forward and cultivate an environment that encourages more women to pursue leadership roles in sports.
This course was developed with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
