The "Dual Career Management" Course will focus on the mental health and real-life transitioning of elite athletes during their post-retirement life. It will cover the following areas: 1) Well-being 2) The Transition process (mobility, opportunities for volunteering or employment, being key speakers in local, regional, national or international events, being part of EU Projects, opportunities for taking roles in other sports organizations, opportunities  

The iPrevent App is a digital tool that has been created for the iPrevent project, whose main objective is to use digital tools to prevent injuries in grassroots and amateur sports. Since injuries among young athletes are one of the main concerns in the field of sport sciences, this application intends to facilitate access to specific injury prevention programmes for coaches and athletes at the grassroots levels. The aim of this course is to facilitate new users' access to the application by guiding them through the initial steps, such as creating accounts, teams, or athletes, and developing new injury prevention programs.

The DigiCycle online course is dedicated to raising awareness of the potential of gaming for the promotion of sports. Particularly, it is focused on how the use of the Zwift platform can be used by cycling federations and clubs to increase participation in the sport, communicating with young people and breaking barriers of access to the sport of cycling. This course was developed with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The DigiSail online course is dedicated to raising awareness of the potential of gaming for the promotion of sports. Particularly, it is focused on how the use of the Virtual Regatta platform can be used by sailing federations and clubs to increase participation in the sport, communicating with young people and breaking barriers of access to the sport of sailing.
