Course description
For many women, the gym is not always a sanctuary of health—it can be a place of intimidation, discomfort, or exclusion. Whether due to “gymtimidation,” fear of harassment, or a lack of family-friendly infrastructure, specific barriers prevent women from engaging fully in sports.
ExerSafe is a specialised, 3-hour online training program designed to bridge the gap between facility policies and the actual member experience. Based on extensive surveys and local research within Montenegro and the wider region, this course empowers sport facility staff to identify these barriers and actively dismantle them.
This isn’t just about compliance; it is about culture. By creating a safer, more inclusive environment, your facility will not only improve member well-being but also boost retention and attract a wider demographic of female clients.
