In addition to international cooperation, in the broadest sense, the scope of work includes the following: coordination of the marketing team for all activities at national and international level, communications and PR activities, support in organizing the activities at sports competitions from the Olympic calendar, cooperation with government agencies and organizing the visits of the state delegation at Olympic sports competitions, organization of national activities and events (annual award ceremonies for the best athletes, Olympic Day, international conferences on financing sports and women in sport, farewell ceremonies for the athletes for all sports competitions on the Olympic calendar, annual events and celebrations), cooperation with Olympic Solidarity, communication with sponsors, cooperation with sports federations on joint activities, cooperation with the Athletes and GEDI Commission of the NOC Montenegro, cooperation with the members of CSEENOCs informal group, active membership in the coalition “Together for the rights of LGBTIQ+ rights” on projects of importance to the Community, SPOC for the activities related to prevention of manipulation on sports competitions, preparation of annual financial reports, project coordinator for the Strategy for sports development 2022 – 2026, EU funds, cooperation with the Ministry of sport and youth on National Strategy of sport development in Montenegro, cooperation with the media, etc.
