About Me

Juliane Robra is a partner at Sport Evolution Alliance with expertise in sport innovation, management and development. An Olympian in judo at the London 2012 Olympic Games, she achieved several international podiums, including Grand Slams, Grand Prix and European Championships. Since 2016, she has worked in sport and physical activity management and serves as Vice-President and Gender Equity Lead of the Swiss Judo Federation and General Secretary of the Swiss Sports Services Association. She also holds several Swiss J+S coaching certifications in Judo, Children’s Sport, Judo & Ju-Jitsu with disabilities, and Youth Performance Coaching. Juliane promotes sport and physical activity as drivers of individual and community development.

Developed within the European project SAFE COMBAT, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Sport programme, this course provides sport professionals, club officials and technical staff with the knowledge and practical tools to strengthen safeguarding in combat sports and martial arts, enabling them to recognise risks, prevent interpersonal violence and contribute to safe, respectful and participant-centred sport environments.
