For over 19 years, Dr. Mehmeti has worked in the university sector in Albania, engaging in both teaching and research, which has provided with a strong understanding of academia and the ability to conduct research independently and lead a research group. These past years have been instrumental in sharpening her research skills, particularly in the areas of Transnational Justice, Corruption, Good governance, and Program Development.
