With a career spanning six countries and three continents, he brings a wealth of global expertise across traditional sports, entertainment, and the rapidly evolving esports ecosystem to the Inclusive Sport Lab. A former semiprofessional football player and coach in India. He combines first-hand athletes experience with an acute understanding of how structured sports values can foster inclusive, strong grassroots communities.
At the International Olympic Committee, he contributes extensively to Athletes engagement efforts at Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022 Olympic Games and was an integral part of the IOC’S virtual sports team that shaped and organized the the historic and inaugural first IOC Esports Olympic Virtual Series in 2021.
Currently, Nalin works with the ESL FACEIT Group, a global leader in Esports tournaments organization, where he manages relationship with publishers and design sustainable, high-impact ecosystems worldwide including contributions to the historic Esports World Cup in Saudi Arabia.
