Sara possède une vaste expérience et expertise dans le programme Erasmus + Sport, principalement dans la gestion de subventions en tant qu’agent administratif. Pendant de nombreuses années, elle a travaillé avec le mouvement olympique, notamment en établissant des partenariats avec les fédérations et les comités sportifs nationaux. Sara est titulaire d’un master en relations publiques dans le domaine du sport. Elle a également obtenu un diplôme de gestion avancée du sport sous l’égide du CIO ainsi qu’un cours européen sur l’administration du sport sous l’égide de l’EOSE.

Supporting Athletes’ Transition to Life After Sport

The Dual Career Management Course is a specialised training programme designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to support elite athletes transitioning to life after sport, with a strong emphasis on mental health, wellbeing, and employability. Developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ PORTAL project, this course focuses on the complex and often challenging process of athletic retirement.
