This course focuses on building safe, inclusive, and supportive physical activity environments for women through practical procedures, continuous staff education, and evidence-based organisational measures. Drawing on real-world best practices from fitness centres in Montenegro and insights from a national survey on women’s experiences, the course explores how clear protocols, respectful professional conduct, women-only spaces, and family-inclusive approaches can enhance safety, comfort, and participation. It is designed for sport and fitness professionals seeking practical tools to create environments where women feel respected, protected, and empowered to engage in physical activity.
