The EUAPPTIVE (European Active Ageing Challenge) project is an initiative funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, aimed at promoting active and healthy ageing among older adults across Europe. Through the use of digital tools, such as a mobile application, and the organisation of local physical activity challenges, the project encourages older people to stay physically active, improve their digital skills, and strengthen social connections within their communities. Furthermore, EUAPPTIVE combines research, innovation, and community engagement to develop new strategies that enhance wellbeing, social inclusion, and overall quality of life, contributing to a more active and healthier society.
