Active Ageing Strategies for Municipalities
This course is part of the EUAPPTIVE project, a European Commission-funded initiative aimed at increasing physical activity among community-dwelling older adults through digital interventions. The purpose of this course is to gather comprehensive information on the barriers and facilitators to engaging in digital interventions, which is crucial for planning and implementing effective strategies.
You will also learn how to implement your own focus group with community-dwelling older adults from your municipality to design a tailored digital intervention to promote their physical activity.
