I’m a sport psychology consultant with a master’s degree in sport psychology. I work with performance development at a psychological level and help people navigate through the complex process of reaching excellence – whether it is in traditional sports, esports, or other performance domains.
I’m also a Taekwondo coach who trains elite student athletes. I also used to compete nationally and internationally – which is an experience I bring to my work as a sport psychology consultant.
