Create Safe and Inclusive Spaces for Women in Sport

Learn how to design safe spaces for women in gyms and sports centers, promoting inclusion and active participation in women’s physical activity. This practical course provides tools, clear protocols, and evidence-based strategies drawn from real-world experiences in Montenegrin fitness centers and national studies on women’s participation in sport.

The Basic Course for Sports Officials will focus on the education and skill development of students in sports officiating - the implementation of international standards down to the grassroots level of sports officiating. It will cover a new framework for secondary schools and universities to recruit, train, and retain young sports officials.

The aim of the "Women Fitness Cycle" Course is to increase menstrual health literacy related to the practice of physical activity throughout the menstrual cycle for grassroots sports athletes and coaches; through tailored education and awareness-raising tools.
