Sport Go Green – Advanced

The Sport Go Green advanced course is dedicated to educating sports stakeholders in-depth on sustainability problems and the implementation of strategies in sports organisations to reduce their activities’ carbon footprint, energy expenditure and waste. The course will provide sports managers with a holistic learning experience on environmental sustainability related to sports activities and sports events, including carbon footprint measurement using the Sport Go Green app.

The Sport Go Green online course is one of the Green Flame European project main outputs, divided into two different levels: a basic introductory course and an advanced course for more experienced learners. The advanced course will provide an in-depth learning experience on how sports organisations can apply green procurement strategies, control and reduce their carbon emissions and engage their communities in sustainable lifestyle and business habits.
