Ornela Grabocka serve as a Specialist in the Directorate of Inclusive Sport Policies within the General Directorate of Sports Policies and Development at the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports. She carries out the Directorate’s duties in accordance with the direct supervisor’s instructions, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and measurable results in the preparation and feasibility assessment of sports projects. She monitors administrative and sports activities, ensures the implementation of short- medium- and long-term plans, and regularly report on the progress of projects and activities in line with the annual calendar. She contributes to data collection and analysis, ensures compliance with applicable legislation, and oversee sports activities in educational institutions in cooperation with the respective federations. Additionally, she provides support in drafting strategic documents for sports development.
