Can I enrol in a new course on the app?
My course content is not loading or appearing blank. What should I do?
If a course module is not appearing, it may be due to your browser blocking pop-ups.
Follow these steps to enable pop-ups for Sport Academy:

Google Chrome

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Scroll down and click Privacy and security > Site settings.

Under Content, select Pop-ups and redirects.

Click Add under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects and enter the Sport Academy URL.

Mozilla Firefox

Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Go to Privacy & Security and scroll down to Permissions.

Find Block pop-up windows and click Exceptions.

Enter the Sport Academy URL and click Allow.

Microsoft Edge

Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Click Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.

Under Allow, click Add and enter the Sport Academy URL.

Safari (Mac)

Open Safari and click Safari > Settings (or Preferences on older versions).

Go to the Websites tab and select Pop-up Windows in the left menu.

Find Sport Academy in the list and select Allow.

After enabling pop-ups, refresh the page and try accessing the course again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or contact Support.
Can I enrol in multiple courses at the same time?
Absolutely! You can enrol in as many courses as you wish and learn at your own pace.
The course videos won’t load. How can I fix this?
First, ensure your internet connection is stable. Then, experiment with other browsers, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Clear your browser cache and disable any ad blockers that might interfere with the platform.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, click on your profile dashboard. Select "Account Details" and scroll to the bottom of the page to find a "Delete Account" option.
I can’t access a course
If your course has disappeared from the ‘My courses’ page or the ‘Academy’ page, contact Support for help.
I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, you can get a new one at the log-in page. Click on ‘I forgot my password’ and follow the steps explained. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. Do not be alarmed if it does not arrive immediately; it may take a few hours.
If you are not receiving an email to reset your password and have been unable to log in, please contact Support.
I can’t log in
If you are experiencing to logging in, first ensure that both email and password are being written correctly. If the problem persists, try with a different browser; we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
If the problem persists, contact Support.
Is Sport Academy offered in more than one language?
Yes, both Sport Academy and the Sport Academy Campus platform are available in different languages. To change the webpage language at Sport Academy click on the “EN” button on the header menu. Choose your language from the drop-down menu.
To know in which languages a course is available, go to that course page and search for ‘Language’ on the ‘More Info’ tab.
