Physical Activity Programme for Injury Prevention

The iPrevent App is a digital tool that has been created for the iPrevent project, whose main objective is to use digital tools to prevent injuries in grassroots and amateur sports. Since injuries among young athletes are one of the main concerns in the field of sport sciences, this application intends to facilitate access to specific injury prevention programmes for coaches and athletes at the grassroots levels. The aim of this course is to facilitate new users’ access to the application by guiding them through the initial steps, such as creating accounts, teams, or athletes, and developing new injury prevention programs.
