The GETS (Green Education Through Sport) course is designed to provide sport professionals with up-to-date knowledge on sustainability in sport, equipping them with practical tools to integrate eco-friendly practices into daily operations and sporting events.






The GETS online course offers a structured introduction to the key principles of environmental sustainability in sport, combining theoretical knowledge with practical guidance tailored to real-world sports settings.

The course is organised into five key learning areas, guiding participants from foundational concepts to practical implementation. It emphasises how sports organisations can not only reduce their environmental impact but also act as agents of change, influencing communities and stakeholders to adopt greener behaviours.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to design and implement sustainable initiatives, improve environmental performance, and communicate sustainability effectively within their organisations and beyond.
