The Sport Academy app gives you access to the campus, where you can access the course content, download materials, and track your learning progress. To enrol in new courses, you need to go to www.sportacademy.com. After completing your order for a new course, you'll have access to the course on the app.

If a course module is not appearing, it may be due to your browser blocking pop-ups.

Follow these steps to enable pop-ups for Sport Academy:

• Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. Scroll down and click Privacy and security > Site settings.

  3. Under Content, select Pop-ups and redirects.

  4. Click Add under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects and enter the Sport Academy URL.

• Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. Go to Privacy & Security and scroll down to Permissions.

  3. Find Block pop-up windows and click Exceptions.

  4. Enter the Sport Academy URL and click Allow.

• Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. Click Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.

  3. Under Allow, click Add and enter the Sport Academy URL.

• Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and click Safari > Settings (or Preferences on older versions).

  2. Go to the Websites tab and select Pop-up Windows in the left menu.

  3. Find Sport Academy in the list and select Allow.

After enabling pop-ups, refresh the page and try accessing the course again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or contact Support.

Absolutely! You can enrol in as many courses as you wish and learn at your own pace.

First, ensure your internet connection is stable. Then, experiment with other browsers, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Clear your browser cache and disable any ad blockers that might interfere with the platform.

To delete your account, click on your profile dashboard. Select "Account Details" and scroll to the bottom of the page to find a "Delete Account" option.

If your course has disappeared from the ‘My courses’ page or the ‘Academy’ page, contact Support for help.

If you forgot your password, you can get a new one at the log-in page. Click on ‘I forgot my password’ and follow the steps explained. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. Do not be alarmed if it does not arrive immediately; it may take a few hours.

If you are not receiving an email to reset your password and have been unable to log in, please contact Support.

If you are experiencing to logging in, first ensure that both email and password are being written correctly. If the problem persists, try with a different browser; we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Yes, both Sport Academy and the Sport Academy Campus platform are available in different languages. To change the webpage language at Sport Academy click on the “EN” button on the header menu. Choose your language from the drop-down menu. 

To know in which languages a course is available, go to that course page and search for ‘Language’ on the ‘More Info’ tab.

To have access to a certificate, you have to finalise a course and complete all the necessary requirements. Once the course is finalised, the certificate will appear on the course’s page. To download it, go to ‘My Certificates’ and click on the certificate image.

The course completion diplomas are certified by instructors, whether as individual experts, institutional representatives, or consortium representatives.

Yes, Sport Academy courses provide a digital diploma that can be viewed and downloaded from the course’s page upon course completion. These diplomas are certified by sport institutions and have a unique ID for validation. You can find all your certificates under the ‘My Certificates’ page on the Sport Academy Campus.

Course contents can’t be download, however most of the courses offer extra materials, such as books, articles and more, that you’ll be able to access and download.

Many courses in Sport Academy are asynchronous, which means you will be able to finish them in as much time as you need and follow your own rhythm. However, some instructors may set a time limit if they are teaching a synchronous course; that means all students have a set of deadlines. You will find the start and end dates on the course description page and have important deadlines and information on your calendar at the Sport Academy Campus.

To start a course, first you must be enrolled in one. Enrol in a course by going to the ‘Catalogue’ page, selecting a course and clicking on the ‘Enrol’ button on the course page. Once you are enrolled, click on the ‘My campus’ button on the header menu, which will take you to the SportAcademy Campus. Here, you will find all your courses on the ‘My courses’ page. Start one by simply clicking on it.

Sport Academy offers both free courses and paid courses in synchronous, asynchronous, and blended formats. Browse through the ‘Catalogue’ page to find more.

Moreover, courses can include various features, such as video lessons, interactive quizzes, external resources and materials, student forums, direct messages, skills badges, and others, that enhance your learning experience and results.

To create an account on Sport Academy, click on the “Sign up/Sign in” button on the header menu of this page. You will be redirected to a form that requires you to write down your name and surname, email address, and password. After filling up the form, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox to activate your account and complete your profile. You can also register through your Google account.

Sport Academy is an eLearning platform dedicated to education in sport. Here, you will be able to find various interactive courses led by experts on different sport-related topics to help you unlock your sport skills and knowledge.

In order to find a course, while logged in, go to the header menu and click on ‘Catalogue’. Here, you will be able to browse for a course of your interest. From there, you will be able to search for a course according to several filters such as category, format, or programme.

The first one has three options: ‘Alphabetical’, ‘Newly created’ and ‘My Progress’. These determine the order in which courses will appear on the page: alphabetically ordered, from most recent to least, and according to your own progress on said courses.

The second filters courses per category: here you will find categories such as healthy lifestyles, coaching, gender equality, sustainability… Select one of the categories to see the courses available on that topic.

If you are interested in seeing the educational offer of a specific instructor on the platform, the third one allows you to search for courses by instructor.

To find a new course, go to the header menu and click on ‘Catalogue’’. Here, you will be able to browse for a course of your interest. Click on a course to open the course’s page, where you will have access to a course summary and overview of the contents.

To enrol on the course, click on the ‘Enrol’ button on the right side of the screen, right below the course details. If the course you have selected is free, you will instantly gain access to its content in Sport Academy Campus. If it is a paid course, you will be redirected to the payment.

While logged in, you will see an icon with your initials in the top right corner of Sport Academy. Once you click on it, you'll be taken to a new page with a menu bar on your left. Click on "Account details" to access your profile settings. From there, you will be able to add your personal and institutional details and edit your profile picture.

Sign up with an email and password

Click Sign In / Sign Up at the top right of your desktop or laptop browser. Enter your email address and password and click “Sign in”

How to log out of your Sport Academy account

If you’re accessing your account from a public or shared device, be sure to log out of your account when you’re finished studying. 

1. Move your cursor to your initials or profile image at the top right of the page.
2. Click Log out in the dropdown menu.
