{"id":36715,"date":"2024-10-28T11:58:57","date_gmt":"2024-10-28T10:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportacademy.com\/product\/positive-coaching-in-sport\/"},"modified":"2026-07-10T13:34:54","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T11:34:54","slug":"positive-coaching-in-sport","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/sportacademy.com\/fr\/cours\/positive-coaching-in-sport\/","title":{"rendered":"Positive Coaching in Sport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Throughout this course, you will be introduced to the <strong>core principles, strategies, and real-world applications of positive coaching in sport.<\/strong> The learning experience is designed to be <strong>interactive, reflective, and practice-oriented<\/strong>, allowing you to connect theory with your own coaching context.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main goals of this course are the following ones:<\/li>\n<li>To provide youth coaches with an innovative coaching methodology focused on pedagogy.<\/li>\n<li>To promote non-discrimination, inclusion and equality in sport.<\/li>\n<li>To encourage the coach\u2019s role as a role model and mentor.<\/li>\n<li>To make sport a more positive and enjoyable experience for all athletes.<\/li>\n<li>To prevent sport drop-out, especially in situations related to abuse.<\/li>\n<li>To protect and enhance athletes\u2019 well-being (both physical and psychological).<\/li>\n<li>To reduce barriers to participation for children at risk of social exclusion.<\/li>\n<li>To develop coaches who apply reflective practice and continuous improvement in their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By the end of the course, you will have developed the skills and confidence to implement a <strong>positive coaching framework<\/strong> that prioritises <strong>respect, inclusion, motivation, and holistic athlete development.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, this course aims to support coaches in creating <strong>safe, enjoyable, and meaningful sport experiences,<\/strong> contributing to a healthier and more sustainable future for sport at all levels.<\/p>\n<p>Funded by the European Union.
